Essay Description: 

This is on the same topic as the Civic Writing Assignment on Gentrification. I decided to do a report to dive deep more into the reasons of gentrification and if I were to pitch this to a developer of a business or apartment building that is wanting to build in a low income community to let them know the effects it has on the community

I used this SLO because I researched a lot of different articles and fact based articles based on gentrification in areas similar to Inglewood and how it affected them, and more research on the reasons as to why gentrification areas. I also used the report format for this essay which was new and interesting to me
