CSC Grameen E-Store is a ground-breaking e-Commerce initiative by CSC SPV to promote digital ordering and delivering safely to the consumer doorstep. CSC E-Governance Services India Limited (CSC-SPV) has started Grameen E-Store during the lockdown period to enable the citizens, both rural and urban, to meet their essential requirement of ration, fruits and vegetables. The citizens can place the order through their mobile phone App and get the goods delivered to his/her home by the CSC. CSC VLE, however, procures the goods locally and delivers them. This initiative will fulfill the vision of Gram Swaraj and create lot of local employment. During and since the COVID-19 outbreak, VLEs are proactively participating in delivering daily essentials to the citizens from their Grameen E-Stores.
