- Elincourt Castle Sainte Marguerite,

- Golf Le Dolce and the Capitainerie of Château de Chantilly ...

I trained to perfect myself, with my aunt and my uncle, Mrs. and Mr. Blanc, Charcutier-Traiteur renowned "White Pig" in Gouvieux. (Thanks to you two)

I put all my knowledge and my "French Touch" to prepare delicious French products, homemade.
