What categories are we looking for?
The types of Time Sensitive Email are as follows:
Utility and Service Notice: This type of Time Sensitive Email includes, but is not limited to, emails concerning notifications related to electricity, water, internet, telephone, and gas utility services. Exclude emails concerning outages for websites, servers, bank systems, platforms, and news.
Calendar Update: This type of Time Sensitive Email includes, but is not limited to, emails concerning meeting status, interview status, call status, and other similar types of email. Exclude emails for webinars, workshops, seminars, bootcamps, training sessions, and events.
Appointment Reminder: This type of Time Sensitive Email includes, but is not limited to, emails concerning physician appointment reminders, dental appointment reminders, therapy appointment reminders, and other similar types of email. Exclude reminders about less important calendar events such as webinars, workshops, seminars, bootcamps, training sessions, and events.
Digital Signature: These emails typically come from websites that offer digital signature services. They ask the recipients for an action that replaces paper signatures. Note that the title of the email is usually set by the sender. Exclude notifications about already submitted documents.
Lease and Property Notice: This type of Sensitive Email includes important notices about a lease or property. Exclude general notices from property management such as “your rent is due soon”; “lease office will be close next week”; and emails that don’t have any time value, such as “your rent is submitted”.
The types of Transactional Email are as follows:
Travel Reservations/Confirmation: This type of Time Sensitive Email includes travel confirmations include flight, train, bus, ferry, hotel, vacation packages, car rentals and restaurants.
Order Confirmation: This type of Time Sensitive Email includes order confirmations from any shopping sites with order numbers, items purchased, etc., such as (although not limited to) online shopping orders, order return confirmations, food order confirmations, subscription confirmations, etc.
Order Receipt: This type of Time Sensitive Email includes payment invoice or receipt for an item or service that has been purchased, such as (although not limited to) online shopping receipts, payment service receipts, subscription receipts, Uber/Grab/DoorDash receipts or receipts from similar services, or gift card receipts.
Shipment: This type of Time Sensitive Email includes updates or news about a shipment, such as (although not limited to) emails confirming the tracking number, the shipping, the delivery, the delay, the reschedule, the failure to deliver or the delivery attempt of a package, parcel, letter or any other kind of order.
Bill Statement/Payment: This type of Time Sensitive Email includes monthly bill statements and payment notification from providers, such as monthly bill statements, payment statements, billing summaries, etc.
Bank Statement/Update: This type of Time Sensitive Email includes bank or financial account statements, including statements related to stock, bonds, fund transfers, crypto, etc.
If your email is TSE but is not one of the categories listed below, or if it is TSE but is listed in the REJECTED part below, your email will be rejected.

Notifications for scheduled maintenances, outages or disruption of services related to the following utility services:
electricity
water
internet
telephone
gas
bills or bill reminders
payment confirmations
outages for websites, servers, bank systems, platforms, and news
general notices not specific to the recipient of the email
notices from services not listed in this section, such as banks, streaming services or subscriptions
Appointment Reminders
Reminders for:
physician appointment
dental appointment
therapy appointment
reminders for events such as webinars, workshops, seminars, bootcamps, training sessions, and events
reminders that do not specify the appointment in the subject, such as “your appointment is approaching”
appointment confirmations are NOT reminders
Calendar Updates
Calendar Updates (Change or important information about an already scheduled important calendar event).
Exclude Webinar, workshop, seminars, bootcamps, training sessions, events.
Digital Signatures
emails related to actions needed for e-signatures or any other type of action that replaces paper signatures.
notifications about already submitted documents (e.g., emails confirming you have signed a document or attaching the document you signed)
Lease and Property Notices
important notices about a lease or property.
general notices from property management such as “your rent is due soon” or “lease office will be close next week”
payment confirmations

Pre-Submission Checklist
To avoid your emails from being rejected, make sure you’re following this checklist for every email you submit:
Subject is in English
Subject is at least 4 words long
Subject does not contain Re: or Fw: or variations
Email is not promotional
Some red flags that show a promotional email are: emojis, questions, “make money”, “last days”, “savings” or “save”, “sale”, “don’t miss”, “awaits you”, “be part of”, “you’re selected”, “discount”, “congratulations”, “hurry (up)”, “(for) free”, “gift(s)”) or an ad (e.g., job ads, news, etc.)
Subject is too general or doesn’t provide enough information to determine whether email is TSE or not (e.g., “new policy for lost baggage” or “please read this email”)
Email is TSE (requiring action and or providing time-sensitive information that needs to be communicated not just general information)
Examples of non-time sensitive emails are discounts or promotions, flash sales, job applications or job alerts, newsletters, order confirmations, news, e-tickets or boarding passes, proof of payment, receipts, and payment confirmations
Email does not belong to one of the categories we are collecting (e.g., OTPs, password recovery, delivery or package statuses)
Email belongs to subcategories of TSEs that we are not collecting
Email does not have a subject or a domain that is already blacklisted (you can check this in the Domain and Subject List Section)
