How do I download my emails?
After you have gathered the emails to submit, you can easily download your emails in the accepted formats (.eml or .msg depending on your computer) by following these guidelines:
Download emails as per the project requirements (please refer the welcome email and guidelines)
For Gmail Users: Refer to this link.
For Outlook Users: Refer to this link.
For Apple Users: Drag and drop your desired emails into your Downloads folder.
Claim Jobs in this DataForce Platform.
Upload the files by clicking on the + icon (Upload a maximum of 10 files at a time).
Once uploaded, fill in the fields for each uploaded file.
Check that you have all the files you want to submit, confirm that all the fields are filled, and then press Complete Tasks.
Note: To reduce the risk of rejection, make sure that the emails selected are originated by a company who offered you a service and belong to the email types described in the guidelines.
How do I submit my emails?
Once you have all your emails ready, you will need to upload them to our DataForce Platform for review.
Please note that you can upload a maximum 5 per email type.
To upload the emails, follow these instructions:
Step 1: Click on the link below, you will be redirected to our DataForce Platform. Only available from your laptop, PC or Mac computer.

Step 2: Log in using the same email address you used for registering for this project or create an account (following the steps listed in the Welcome to DataForce automated email which you received after the registration) if you do not have one.
Step 3: Click on Job and hit In Progress.
Step 4: Claim the Collection job – Collection Email collection.
Step 5: Carefully review the instructions and hit Tasks.
Step 6: You can see Task 001- Task 010, 10 tasks to submit. Hit task 001.
Step 7: Upload the first email file either by clicking on the prompt or dragging the file into the corresponding field.
Step 8: Fill in all the required fields for the email you just uploaded. - Enterprise Name stands for the name of the company that sent the email.
After successfully completing Step 7 and Step 8, the page will appear as the image below.
If you wish to change any fields or the file uploaded, click on “Clear Fields” before Step 9 then click on “Complete Intake”.
Step 9: Click on “Complete Intake” to upload your next file and follow Step 5 and Step 6 for each email you wish to submit.
Step 10: Click on “Complete Task”.
Step 10: If you have more email files, you can claim more jobs and upload each file, go back to Step 3 and claim another 10 tasks.
