Automobile Diagnostics and Digital Tools: I offer comprehensive training on modern automotive systems, emphasizing the use of digital diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues. This includes practical sessions on engine management systems, electrical diagnostics, and troubleshooting with advanced software, essential skills for today's mechanics and technicians.
Driving Skills and Road Safety: Recognizing the importance of safe and skilled drivers, I am committed to developing training programs that go beyond basic driving techniques. These programs instill a strong understanding of road safety regulations, defensive driving practices, and vehicle maintenance, preparing individuals for responsible and secure operation on the road.
Renewable Energy Applications: With a focus on sustainable development, I provide training in the practical application of renewable energy technologies, particularly solar power. This includes understanding solar panel installation, system design, maintenance, and integration into various settings, from homes to industrial facilities, as demonstrated by my "Solar Power Provide Project."
Entrepreneurship and Project Development: Leveraging my experience with ventures like the "Out of School Project," "Assasuni Livestock Firm," and "Alhamdulillah IT Business," I guide aspiring entrepreneurs through the stages of business ideation, project planning, and execution. My current focus is on establishing dedicated training centers designed to provide state-of-the-art facilities and curricula. These centers will serve as hubs for skill development, ensuring that participants receive the highest quality practical training. By fostering a learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, I aim to equip individuals with the competence and confidence to excel in their chosen fields and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

My Teaching & Training History
My dedication to technical education and skill development is deeply rooted in practical experience, particularly in empowering out-of-school youth and fostering market-driven skills. My diverse background as a Diploma Engineer in Power, combined with my roles as CEO of Sardar Consultancy Service and Executive Director of ST Automobiles Ltd., informs a comprehensive and industry-relevant approach to training.
A significant part of my journey as an educator includes my role as a Master Trainer at Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) TTC, Polash Bazar, Bishwamvarpur, Sunamgonj, from May 19, 2023, to August 31, 2024. This impactful position was part of a vital UNICEF-supported project titled:
"Market Driven Skill Training and Job Placements for out-of-school adolescents living in Haor areas of Bangladesh"
In this capacity, I was directly involved in:
Overseeing all administrative and technical aspects of the training center as Chief Instructor.
Leading training sessions and ensuring adherence to established guidelines and policies.
Developing and preparing Competency-Based Learning Materials (CBLM), Curriculum Guides (CG), training schedules, calendars, and other relevant documents and reports.
Managing local stakeholders, officials, programs, workshops, and event planning, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills.
Delivering practical, market-oriented training to adolescents who were out of formal schooling, equipping them with vocational skills crucial for immediate employment and sustainable livelihoods.
Focusing on skills highly demanded in the local and regional job markets, ensuring that the training directly translated into job opportunities.
Contributing to the overall objective of the UNICEF project to enhance the economic prospects and social integration of vulnerable youth in the Haor regions.
Beyond this extensive experience, my teaching and training roles include:
Jr. Instructor (Power Tech) at Satkhira Technical School And College (January 1, 2023 - February 23, 2023). Here, I was responsible for creating lesson plans, selecting curriculum materials, explaining concepts, reviewing assignments, managing the classroom, and helping students develop skills for successful careers. My duties also included developing curriculum, preparing lesson plans, and assessing students.
As Executive Director of ST Automobiles Ltd. (December 16, 2024 - present), I lead vocational training programs and ensure workforce development. I supervise staff training, performance, and workflow efficiency to ensure smooth and effective business operation. My area of expertise includes training and development.
As CEO of Sardar Consultancy Service (September 1, 2024 - present), I lead the development and implementation of vocational training programs, focusing on technical skill development in sectors like Auto Mechanics, Auto Body Repair, and Welding. My role also includes mentoring and training staff.
I have been a practical class trainer for engines and machines, demonstrating my hands-on approach to education.
