Market Driven Skill Training and Job Placements for Out-of-School Adolescents (UNICEF Supported Project): As a Master Trainer at Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) TTC from May 19, 2023, to August 31, 2024 , I was responsible for overseeing all administrative and technical aspects of the training center. I led training sessions, ensured adherence to guidelines , and developed Competency-Based Learning Materials (CBLM), Curriculum Guides (CG), and training schedules. This project focused on equipping out-of-school adolescents in Haor areas of Bangladesh with market-driven skills for employment.

Assistant Technician at Sohel Motor Garage (November 2017 - January 2018): In this role, I performed technical work in vehicle garages, including repairing basic car parts like brakes, steering wheels, and engines. I was also responsible for inspecting and fixing vehicle electrical systems and performing daily automotive care tasks such as checking fluid levels, rotating tires, and changing oil. We specialized in car makeovers and repairs.
Automobile Engineering Trainee (TATA Automobiles, October 2021 - June 2022): Gained industrial training as a Trainee Engineer.
Solar Power Provide Project: This initiative is dedicated to promoting and implementing solar power solutions, focusing on their practical application in health and industrial settings for sustainable development.
PM Engineer at HS ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY LTD. (February 2023 - April 2023): As an Assistant Engineer Operations for Preventive Maintenance, I oversaw the Maintenance Team. My key responsibilities included preventing and troubleshooting issues to ensure a reliable telecommunication network for Grameenphone, managing workers, scheduling operations according to GP standards, and supervising the handling of documents and work orders.
Technician at AR Home Service Company (June 2015 - July 2017): I worked as an electrical and plumbing technician, responsible for managing and fixing plumbing and home services. This included repairing or replacing defective products and servicing home-based equipment like security systems, appliances, computer equipment, televisions, and heating and ventilation units.
