In 2010-2014, I studied for a degree in Economics at the University of Oviedo. My average grade is 8.72, placing me among the top 5% of my graduating class.
In 2013, I received a Scholarship from Fundación Caja Rural de Asturias for having one of the best academic records in my third year of university, awarded through a competitive process.
In 2013, I received a Scholarship as a collaborator at the Department of Quantitative Economics, which marked my first approach to research working on my Bachelor's thesis, later published at FUNCAS.
In 2014, I began the Master's program in Economics: Tools for Economic Analysis, at the University of Oviedo, the University of the Basque Country and the University of Cantabria. After defending my Master's thesis in September 2015, I started the Ph. D.
In 2015, I started working as a Lecturer at the University of Oviedo, teaching Evolution of Economic Analysis and Economics of Culture and Sport, as well as courses in Introduction to Microeconomics, Introduction to Macroeconomics, and Introduction to Economics for degrees in Economics, Business Administration (ADE), Commerce and Marketing, Labor Relations (RRLL) and Human Resources (RRHH), and Accounting and Finance.
In 2016, I received a Scholarship for postgraduate research training, the "Severo Ochoa" contract for the Ph. D at the Department of Economics, specializing in the Fundamentals of Economic Analysis at the University of Oviedo.
In 2020, I received the "SGAE Foundation Research Awards 2019" for my doctoral thesis on the economics of culture, awarded through a competitive process.
In 2020, I defended my Ph. D thesis, "New perspectives in the analysis of cultural participation and its limits," within the Official Ph. D Program in Economics: Tools for Economic Analysis.
In 2021, I began working as a researcher on the research project titled "NUDGES FOR WATER TARIFF ECONOMICS," within the framework of the I+D+i Projects Aid Program "International Joint Programming" of the 2020 Call.
Since 2022, I am working as a Tenure Assistant Professor in the Fundamentals of Economic Analysis area, in the Department of Economics at the University of Oviedo, where I currently teach several subjects, including Introduction to Microeconomics, Introduction to Macroeconomics, and Introduction to Economics.
Since 2024, I have also been teaching the course Economics of Leisure and Cultural Organizations in the inter-university Master's program in Economic Analysis Instruments at the University of Oviedo, the University of the Basque Country, and the University of Cantabria.
