As an education consultant, I have worked in both UK and international contexts and my specialisms include:
Designing and leading professional development programmes for school leaders, coaching and mentoring leaders and acting as a school improvement partner;
Supporting innovation cultures in schools including using design thinking methodologies, developing a school culture in which innovation can thrive, implementation science and change management theories and practice;
Supporting teachers to develop creative and more effective pedagogies through professional development coaching and enquiry projects, including social construction and oracy, problem solving and metacognition, play-based learning, project-based learning and real world learning.

Designing a set of tools and resources for teachers hoping to develop thinking skills in their pupils through the Assessment Companion for Thinking Skills project, an Erasmus+ funded project with UK, Lavtia and Finland.
