Complex branching is essential to streamlining a course library and helping staff find the correct, current course. Sarah was able to remove 2,000 courses from the library, partly by merging courses together via branching. The examples below show at a glance situations where 40 courses were merged into one.

Sarah increased retention, morale, user adoption, and engagement with Canva GIFs, PDFs, images, PPTs, and videos for initiatives such as work anniversary celebrations, inter-department software adoption competitions, company branding changes, and new policy roll outs.

The course is hosted on scorm.com and requires a quick, basic user registration before you can view the course. If you would prefer to view the course without entering your information, click here to access it via Netlify's free HTML hosting service; please note the final certificate then leaves the learn name information blank.
The course was created with Captivate's free trial,. Otherwise, the AI generated text to voice narration, closed captioning, and avatars would have been added. Additional animation of the elements timed to the narration would also have been added.
Here are a few course examples that were built with Articulate 360: Storyline and Rise.
There are three ways to explore the examples:
2. Watch the course by clicking the video.
3. Click a button to see a PDF of the course. The PDFs were exported out of the course authoring tool.

Sarah has illustrated concepts in courses, created best practice reminders via animated GIFs put on the intranet, used the AI text to video generator with an AI avatar, and made a welcome video for onboarding - both of herself and of senior leadership.
The example here is of the AI text to video generator with the AI avatar about a healthcare compliance issue.
