Sarah's curriculum design and instructional methods have doubled funding streams and upskilled all levels of the workforce.
Sarah wrote curriculum and a grant proposal that won double the state funding over the previous grant, awarding their school $500,000+. While many other programs lost their funding and had to discontinue their programs that year, Sarah's school instead was able to expand it's offerings and help more people.

Using Excel's formulas and tools can decrease errors and dramatically increase efficiency. A task that could take days to do manually can take a few minutes with the right Excel tools. Leveraged across the organization, huge cost savings are possible. Therefore, Leadership requested that Sarah design an Excel program for its 50,000 staff.
Since people all have different ways they prefer to learn, Sarah offered the training two ways:
On-demand microlearnings for self-paced, just-in-time, asynchronous learning
The videos were available online, and most were 5 minutes or less each. They could be taken in order or as stand alone topics. They were available as courses in the Learning Management System or on the SharePoint site.
Virtual, instructor-led sessions (ILTs)
Topics were divided into short, digestible trainings. Each session was 15 minutes. Topics were offered in order from beginner to advanced difficulty. Learners could choose to attend all or drop in for any particular session.
Example: Library of Excel Microlearning Videos. Most are <5 minutes.
