Tupelo High School is home to many unique classes for students to participate in. Structure is one example that teaches students different instruments to perform for audiences and for show choir. With this story I made sure to focus on natural sound and interesting shots.
When a family in the community is in need, the city of Tupelo will come together to help in any way they can. I covered the family’s tragedy as well as their successes through out their journey.
Three former THS students started Tupelo's first selfie museum. This was my first off-campus assignment and was very challenging due to the mall security allowing us to film. I had a lot of fun getting interesting shots in the different settings.
Ari Giorgenti and I put together this story for a competition. We only had a week to complete it and had to travel to the local pre-k to film. I filmed, co-wrote, and edited this story. I really enjoyed the ending stand up with the children.
Eron Hendrix has attended almost every football game since the 7th grade. She is very passionate about school spirit. The shots in the crowd were difficult to film because of the business of the student section. Her mom, a THS teacher, was overjoyed to see her daughter's dedication showcased.
