I hold a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management from AKAD University, Germany. My studies provided me with a strong foundation in international business, strategic management, marketing, leadership, and intercultural communication.
Throughout my academic journey, I developed key competencies in global economic analysis, international marketing strategies, leadership, and intercultural management. My coursework covered areas such as strategic and international marketing, global team building, leadership and human resources development, foreign trade, and business informatics. Additionally, I gained practical insights into investment and financing, controlling, contract law, and corporate social responsibility.
For my bachelor’s thesis, Shared Leadership in Teams – Conditions for Application, Potential, and Risks, I received an A (100%), demonstrating my ability to conduct in-depth academic research and analyze leadership structures in team settings.
During my time at FastBill GmbH, where I worked as an SEO Specialist, I applied my academic knowledge in a real-world setting. This experience inspired my project thesis, Characteristics and Design Fields of SEO – Illustrated on the Basis of FastBill GmbH, in which I analyzed SEO strategies and their impact on digital visibility, earning an A- (95%).
This degree, combined with my practical experience, has equipped me with the skills to analyze global economic interdependencies, develop effective international business strategies, manage diverse teams, and implement innovative marketing solutions in an international context.
