This cute video was made on biteable.com. I created it to remind/inform students that extra math help is available after school. It's another of the videos we stream on our TV in the counseling office.

This spreadsheet is a google doc created to track student progress as they remediate graduation credit. I created this tool so counselors, administrators and student trackers have up-to-date information about their students' progress. When a student completes a credit packet, the class facilitator enters a completion date on the "Input Packet Details" page. This auto populates the student summary information reflecting the number of credit packets completed by the student and how many they have left to complete. To quickly check on a student, simply enter their student number in the upper left rectangle (bright yellow) on the "Student Summary" page. This will pull up the student information. Using the scroll bar to move to the right will show how many credit packets the student has completed and how many they have left to do. This spreadsheet has been a great tool in ensuring at-risk students are on track to graduate.
