Here goes my super compact (!) bio -

I'm from Bangladesh. I'm in my thirties. My friends call me Prema. 

I grew up in Dhaka, with my parents and my siblings. They are all still in Dhaka, with my super adorable niece and nephew. I completed my secondary school in Monipur High School in 2004 and higher secondary in Holy Cross College in 2006. After graduating from BUET in 2012 with undergrad, I worked as testing engineer in Energypac Engineering Ltd factory in Savar, Dhaka for two years (the experience of which is found in my Bangla blog here). 

I got married in December 2013 to my soulmate, Farhaan Fowze, after loving him for 4 years ( and knowing him for 6.5 years). After that, I moved to USA to be together in 2014. I started Ph.D in University of Florida, following my husband, in 2016. After graduation, we moved coast-to-coast, to San franscisco Bay Area a.k.a. Silicon Valley to pursue our careers. I live here now with my husband and my two wonderful babies - Farisha  & Faiyaz . They are brightest stars in my life.

Other than work, study, being a mom, I LOVE arts and crafts!! I also like sewing, looming, dyeing, knitting, and even cleaning, organizing, furniture making, and what not! Oh yes, and often acquiring completely random (and often useless but interesting) knowledge and history online is also my hobby.
