If you are a Re-entry Student, your background check and drug test must be good for 2 years. If you have been on the waitlist, please ensure that your background and drug test are within the last 2 years. If they are not...you can use the following codes to order just the part that you need. (Your document repository does not have an expiration date on it. )

All requirements have a due date of August 1, 2024 (Flu vaccine: If you are entering first semester Fall 2024, you must have a 24-25 season Flu vaccine uploaded by the 1st of October 2024).
All requirements must be completed prior to entering the clinical rotation. There can be NO outstanding requirements unless further approved by the Castlebranch Liason at Sanat Ana College.
A copy of your current CPR card (Healthcare Provider for the American Heart Association) must be submitted to CastleBranch before August 1st, 2024. If you have any questions, please call the Nursing Office at (714) 564-6825.
