At the Advanced Semiconductor Research Lab, we lead innovation in next-gen semiconductors, 2D materials, neuromorphic systems, MOSCAPs, MOSFETs, and metal-semiconductor junctions
The Advanced Semiconductor Research Lab at Hanbat National University is looking for M.S. and Ph.D. students with the talent and passion to develop next-generation semiconductor devices based on two-dimensional (2D) materials. We are particularly interested in the fabrication of MOSFETs and neuromorphic devices using 2D materials. Successful applicants are expected to begin their studies in the Spring 2027 semester.
Interested Candidates can apply below
✅ Must posses a B.Sc in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Solid State Physics, Physical Chemistry, or closely related field
✅ Good and logical English writing ability with a strong desire to publish impactful work in high quality journals
✅ Background in Semiconductor Processing
✅ Electrical property characterization in semiconductor devices
✅ RA/TA stipend: M.S. 1,200,000 – 1,600,000 KRW per month
✅ RA/TA stipend: Ph.D. 1,500,000 – 2,200,000 KRW per month
