Jill takes such good care of you and makes sure she is giving you the best healing and sound bath experience.
I would definitely recommend a session!
It was super relaxing and in a comfortable environment that I was really able to go deep into myself. The acupressure and hand work was an added bonus that I wasn’t expecting.

I enjoyed the acupressure especially on my feet with the tuning forks. But the total experience was very relaxing with the sound bowls.
I was glad I was able to sit as I have extreme arthritis in my neck, so the gravity chair accommodation was thoughtful.

Very loving and gentle, my central nervous system really relaxed. Throughout the session, I felt receptive to the vibrations of sound. At the end I was embodied and at peace. It was a beautiful experience.

Restorative, peaceful, and thoughtful. Jill creates a space that brings out all of these and more. She is a practicer who weaves in breath work, essential oils, and if you like, light touch to her sound therapy. My experience left me energized! I felt alert and mentally clear as if my nervous system was in recalibration mode.
Best aspect: The feeling of being genuinely cared for.

I am an 18‑year disabled combat veteran living with PTSD, now making my home in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, (where) the church bells ring and fireworks go off constantly. At first, it was fine, but after nearly two weeks of nonstop blasts echoing through the bay and mountains of Vallarta...their deep, mortar‑like sound — I hit my breaking point. After 13 days, I had a full PTSD meltdown early in the morning.
... I went to see Jill. I wasn’t looking for healing at that moment — just someone to witness me in the state I was in. She welcomed me with a deep embrace, then gently set up her sound bowls around me — both crystal bowls and Tibetan singing bowls. She also incorporated tuning fork acupuncture, which added another layer of deep nervous system regulation. I lay down on a yoga mat with blankets, and within 5–10 minutes of the session, my body began to calm and stabilize.
By the end of the hour, I felt like a new person. The difference was profound and immediate. I am deeply grateful to have Jill in my life, and I recommend her to anyone who finds themselves stuck in fight‑or‑flight or freeze mode, whose nervous system feels rattled and out of control. Her gift is real, her presence is compassionate, and her work is deeply healing.
What touched me the most during my session with Jill was a simple but profound moment of human connection. As I lay there surrounded by the sound bowls and the tuning fork acupuncture, she reached out and held my hand. I cried.
For me, it was like touching a scar deep inside — the part of me that has carried so much pain and loneliness — and in that moment, it spoke to me: I don’t have to be alone.
Some people experience this kind of release on a massage table through human touch, but with Jill, it was something far deeper. That single act of compassion helped me feel seen, safe, and connected in a way I hadn’t in a very long time.
The session was exactly what I needed. Your intuition, your care, and the way you were fully present with me made it perfect.
