Time is not constant and it keeps on changing . Time moves and only moves in one direction ,it only moves forward no turning back . Same as we, we can move in space (a place) .we can move forward backward left right in space but in terms of time there is only one option .

Let the direction of time be F and its speed be S and its distance in space be D. Then the distance will be only be covered in F direction .

Therefore Speed(S) of Time(T) will =Distance covered by Time in F / Time itself

Speed of any matter will be = distance covered by matter / Time taken by matter . Then "Is time a matter ?"

Then what is really a Time , Is it constant - According to various theories time is not a constant , it varies according to its mass, velocity/speed and maybe gravitational field.

Lets suppose an easy example : We know about Time Lapse videos , the ones where a camera captures a moment/video and then it is speed up to make it faster and make time lapse . We know to make a video to look like a time lapse .

In time lapse video ,we see 15 minutes videos compressed to a 1 minute or 30 seconds video where the video is extremely faster . so yes we can also get some reference form camera and time lapse .

So Lets take the reference here , Let the time length of video be T , Speed be S and content length of video be D . The more the speed of content length of video will be , The Less the length of Speed of time of video will be .
