About 2.008 Design for Manufacturing II

2.008 is an MIT Design and Manufacturing class where mechanical engineering undergraduates learn about design for manufacturing while thinking about cost, rate, quality, and flexibility in mass-production. Throughout the term, teams of 4-6 students collaborate to ideate, CAD, and manufacture fifty wonderful yo-yo's while completing additional coursework to contextualize their hands-on learning.
