Salomé Rodrigues is a multidisciplinary performer, born in Porto in 1996, who works with dance, voice and performance art. After finishing her degree in Perioperative Nursing at university, she formalised her studies in the performing arts field in 2020 with the Oficina Zero dance programme and the Cultural Production Course at Companhia Instável in 2023. Since then she has been working between Portugal and Germany as creator of her own performances and as performer for international choreographers. 

As a creator Salomé tends to enjoy creating performances in intimate settings, that include interaction with the public and strong performative states, taking the audience in a jorney and going through an experience rather than just having it playing the role of the spectator. Her practice is mostly connected to voice and movement improvisation, instant composition and authentic movement practice.

She has a strong desire to connect with other people, to perform for others and to experience other people's work, so she also puts her time and energy on producing events that serve and gather the arts community.
