Stage 1: Initiation & planning  Concept and team - 2025 - 2028

• Refine the concept and business proposal

• Translate the concept communication material

• Define the project team

• Communicate: conferences, word to mouth. 

• Find partners 

• Advise on the boat acquisition 

• Secure the financing

Stage 2: Preparation for sailing - 2028-29

• Acquire the boat

• Organise cruises on the boat to know her

• Complete boat preparation

• Train the crew on the boat

• Finalise planning

Stage 3. The adventure - 2030 - 33

Participate in one or multiple legs. Details in the "circumnavigation section" in the home page. 

Stage 4. The debrief - 2034

• Publish  the research material

• Organise conferences

• Sell the boat

• Refund the project participants (share on the boat).
