St. Aidan's Episcopal Church is a welcoming community committed to experiencing and demonstrating God's love through eucharistic worship, prayer, study, and action. We strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our surrounding community and the world. We are committed to social and environmental justice and standing with those on the margins of society.
Pastor Tom began serving as our vicar in November 2022. He was a member of St. Elizabeth’s Redford for over 30 years, 15 of which the congregation was lay-led. He served his internship at St. Stephen’s Wyandotte and was ordained to the Transitional Deaconate in December 2021 and to Priesthood in the Diocese of Michigan in June 2022. Tom worked for 34 years at Ford Motor Company as an engineer, superintendent, and supervisor. He and his wife, Christine, are committed to helping people and they feel strongly about Social Justice.
