Collection of different hydrogeological information connected to groundwater storage such as historical water levels, surface geology, hydro-chemical data, climatological data to evaluate the behaviors of groundwater storage in past and use the interpreted trend to predict future status on account of developmental activity
Conducting pump test on existing bore well and dug well to evaluate the hydrological parameter of the aquifer and discharge capacity of the aquifer with seasonal variation
Groundwater quality assessment and suggesting required depth of bore-well for heavy and light industry
Salinity intrusion possibility study for the studied aquifer and groundwater contamination sources mapping

Project site evaluation and alternative site assessment
Environmental and social due diligence study
Pre-feasibility and detail feasibility study for project implementation and report submitting to funding agency according to the national and international compliances
Questionnaire preparation and survey design along with Field work for data collection, analysis & reporting
Environmental management and monitoring plan preparation for hazardous impact mitigation
Reporting complying world bank environmental and social safeguard policy along with bank directive guidelines, IFC performance standards and ADB, JICA guidelines where applicable

Working for Soil & Water Lab at IWFM, BUET

Soil, sediment, water, waste water, plant, ground water and environmental sample analysis in laboratory according to the standard operating procedure (SOP)
Quality management for Lab; internal audit & documentation for accredited laboratory under ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Lead & train the team in lab & field works for sample collection and data analysis with interpretation

Software: HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, HEC-SSP, SPSS, ArcGIS 10.8.1, SWMM, Python
Operational skill: River bathymetry and cross section survey, ADCP for river flow, discharge, velocity; Total station and water gauge meter for water level measurement, RTK for topographic survey
