Taco Trump

Compared to the other works highlighted on this site, this artwork is more of a political satire. It's based on this news story that was going around in June, 2025 when it was revealed that Wall Street had a nickname for President Donald Trump: TACO. It has nothing to do with whether Trump likes to eat tacos or not. In this case, TACO is an acronym, which stands for Trump Always Chickens Out. It's in reference to Trump's tendency to announce heavy tarrifs on countries, which causes economic shock and panic. Then Trump reverses course by either pausing the tarrifs or reducing the tarrifs, which creates a market rebound. It is rumored that Donald Trump hates that nickname.

So I created this drawing of a taco that has some of the physical features of Donald Trump.
