Stay in touch if you'd like to be kept up to date with plans for upcoming fun Bollywood Dance sessions (see Home page for the next dates!) or Extended relaxation and meditation sessions, which are scheduled from time to time in addition to regular Yoga classes. Bollywood can be booked individually for parties and celebrations. Private yoga sessions also available.

Each box contains an audio CD in which I guide you through a full length gentle class, an accompanying card with stick figures on as a visual prompt, a lavender scented candle, lavender eye pillow and herbal tea to boost wellbeing. All for £20. If you wish you could add some Yoga Class vouchers to the value of your choice.
