The president directs the general affairs of the HOA and presides over all meetings. Please direct all questions regarding Sweet Allen Farms Home Owners Association policies and practice or general questions to the president.
The Vice President covers in all matters when the president is unavailable and is the liaison to the Sweet Allen Farm Condo Association and the Noel Court Condo Association.
The Treasurer manages all matters regarding the finances for SAFHOA; invoices, payments and for information to Realtors if a home for sale is delinquent on payment of dues.
The secretary is responsible for meeting minutes and meeting preparation and general correspondence.
