You will receive a notice via postal mail from Hennessy Group with the meeting announcement, agenda, meeting proxy and annual invoice including all past dues. If you want to stop interest accruing on your overdue payments you must pay now.
As specified in the bylaws Article VII(12), unless amended at the annual meeting, the $153 annual dues are to be collected on or before June 1st of the current year. Following this time late fees will apply to any outstanding balance. Hennessy Group is responsible for collection of the dues. Please address payments to

Minutes of the prior year's annual meeting, financial report and proposed budget to be adopted at this year's meeting are posted in the current section on their respective page. Any changes noted at the meeting will be amended before the official version is added to the documents.
We will see you at the meeting, if you can not make it please return your proxy form indicating how you wish to vote on the budget, note any changes to the minutes and please provide any other concerns you wish to bring up. Welcome and announcements;
Reading of minutes from last year's annual meeting, changes, corrections and acceptance of said minutes;
Treasurer's report including discussion of prior year expenses and proposed current budget;
Adopt the budget for current calendar year as proposed by the Board of Directors; Budget is available here;
Election of officers consisting of: President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer ( Job descriptions are on page 8 of the SAFHOA By Laws);
Elect additional members to the Board of Directors as deemed necessary;
Discussion of previous business;
Consider other such matters as may legally come before the meeting.
