This website is for the Sweet Allen Farm Homeowners Association (SAFHoA). If you are looking for the Sweet Allen Farm Condo Association or the Noel Court Condo Association you must contact them directly. While the SAFHoA encompasses the condo properties all condo activities do not fall under the authority of this association and their business is not represented on this website.

SAFHoA is mandated to exist by the articles of incorporation and the By Laws. SAFHoA is responsible for the common lands within the development. An annual fee (currently $153 due on or before June 1st) is collected to cover the costs to maintain the common land for SAFHoA. Each property is required to obtain and maintain their own permits required by they Town of South Kingstown and The State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations. All setbacks and code compliance are the responsibility of the individual property owners. More information on these laws and regulations are available at the State and Town offices.

Annual dues are collected by Armeny Property Management. Payments not received by the due date are assessed interest, collection costs and attorney's fees (SAFHoA bylaws Section VII article 6). Any amount not paid including interest is a continuing lien against the property (SAFHoA bylaws Section VII articles 9-10). Please send payments to:
