EVALUATION AND TESTING PROCEDURES
Guidelines
a. A written examination shall be conducted as the last activity of each training program to evaluate the knowledge gained during the course.
b. Two (2) sets of questionnaires (set “A” and set “B”) at 20 items every examination session shall be prepared for the participants.
c. Passing rate is at least seventy-five percent (75%) score in the examination.
d. Failure to take the written examination on the scheduled date shall automatically be given zero (0) percentage score and cannot take the remedial examination.
e. If a participant fails, shall be given a remedial exam on same day using a different set (“A” or “B”) of prepared questionnaire.
Training Hours: 7:30am to 5pm
Training Fee Php. 3,500.00 with Personal Water Safety per person
Training Venue: Red Cross Bldg, ground floor, Capitol Compound Cagayan de Oro City
Training Minimum: 15 Pax

Registered participants of the training are not allowed to transfer training dates. Once Confirmed, you are already booked.
After you register you can pay for the Red Cross office CDO and you are priority for the training.
Remit the payment before the scheduled training date. Cagayan de Oro Chapter (If check, payable to: PHILIPPINE RED CROSS) NO PAYMENT, NO TRAINING POLICY will be reinforced.
Cancellations shall incur fees and non-refundable. 50% cancellation fee within 2 weeks before the training date, and 100% cancellation fee if within one week before the training date.

Accommodations, meals and snack for crew on duty should be covered by requesting party.
