• Number of field training participants should be minimum of 15 participants. If not, you can avail our walk in schedules
• Provision of transportation & meals for the instructors (field training only)
• Provision of training venue (field training only)
• Medical Certificate
• Provision of the following training materials (field training only)

1. Participants name tag
2. 2 pcs. blankets
3. Chalk board or white board/pen
4. Overhead projector/multimedia (if any)
5. Laptop, Audio equipment

III. TO BE COLLECTED DURING REGISTRATION

2. Health Certificate or Medical Certificate for physically fit
3. Registration Fee (Training rates are subject to change without prior notice)

4. 1 2x2 i.d picture

• Wear: Female- wear Round neck t-shirt any color pants/Jogging Pants, Rubber shoes/Closed shoes

Note:

• Certificate & I.D Will be given only to those who will PASS the skills and written or online examinations

• Registered participants of the training are not allowed to transfer training dates. Once Confirmed, you are already booked.

• Accommodations, meals and snack for crew on duty should be covered by requesting party.

• Meals for crew, gasoline (if outside CDO)
