This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements the SafeStream Privacy Policy and applies to "consumer health data" as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar laws, including Nevada's consumer health data law, for consumers those laws protect. If there is any conflict between this policy and the SafeStream Privacy Policy with respect to consumer health data, this policy governs.

1. Consumer Health Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of consumer health data:

We do not use your location to identify or infer your health status, health conditions, or attempts to seek health care services, and we do not use consumer health data for advertising.

2. Sources

We collect consumer health data directly from you: information you enter in your profile, and media or details captured through features you deliberately activate.

3. Purposes

We collect and use consumer health data only to:

4. Sharing

We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it for advertising.

We share consumer health data only:

5. Your Rights

If you are covered by the Washington My Health My Data Act or a similar law, you have the right to:

To exercise these rights, email support@redu.company from the email or account associated with your SafeStream profile, or use the account-deletion feature in the app. We will respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days).

You can also remove your medical and safety information at any time by editing your profile in the app; withdrawing this information stops it from being shared in any future incident.

Appeals: If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word "Appeal." We will respond to appeals within the time required by law. If your appeal is unsuccessful, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint or, for Nevada residents, the Nevada Attorney General at ag.nv.gov.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Because medical and safety information is optional, declining to provide it does not prevent you from using SafeStream — but information you do not provide cannot be relayed to responders during an incident.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above and provide notice as required by law.
