In 2011 he participated in the 4th Bangladesh Chemistry Olympiad. He stood 3rd in the divisional round and selected for participating in the national round. He was one of the Finalists among the Top 10 students from Bangladesh.
In 2014 he participated in HULT Prize at BUET. He was selected for Quarter Final Round for presenting an innovative idea to reduce poverty in the poor countries.
He received the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Bronze Award in 2014.
He received the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Silver Award in 2015.
In 2017 he received the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Gold Award from the Royal Highness Princess Sophie, Countess of Wessex, England.
He was a member of BUET Self defense club. From BUET self defense club he learned Kung-Fu. He achieved White, Yellow, Orange and Green-I and Green-II Belt in Kung Fu.
He was an active member of Mechanical Engineering Association (MEA) which is the official student-teacher forum of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, BUET.
He was an active member of an voluntary organization in BUET called Greater Rangpur Students’ Welfare Association. He was the Secretary of this association. This organization provides help to the poor students and gives proper guidance to carry on their study.
He was very much active in the cultural programmes arranged by my university and department. He anchored many programmes, participated in stage drama and dance too. He has passion for music too. He sang many times on stage and he likes to play guitar too. He is also interested in photography too.
