Liz Fletcher and Rose Cooper set up our group in 2016 and our first ever meeting was in November that year.
We meet in person and connect online to support each other with our experiences of navigating the world with ADHD.
Our group is entirely made up of over 18s who have ADHD (or suspect they do), including all our volunteer members.
We receive no funding and the group operates entirely on a voluntary basis by our participants.
We meet twice a month - once in person and once online. For info about our upcoming meetings, check out our Events page.
We are based in Sheffield, and so our members have some connection to the city. Some have now moved away but stay in touch.
Our aim is to provide an inclusive and safe space for all of us as members of the Sheffield Adult ADHD Peer Support Group. To help us meet this aim, if you want to participate in our group, we ask you to follow the ground rules.
Where there are repeated or serious breaches, individuals may be asked to leave the group. Typically, those are asked to leave will be guided towards other support services.
