I reached out to my city and state's elected officials in efforts to implement bleeding control training in my community. The City of Irvine has approved my proposal and will offer Stop the Bleed instruction in the Teen CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) training program post-COVID. The office of California State Senator Dave Min has agreed to discuss incorporating bleeding control education in public schools statewide.
