Deportable Offences
This section outlines server rule breaks that can result in staff action including bans, everything else in the ToS is dealt with in character.
AVDM G7.8 (animal vehicle deathmatch)
Do not hit animals with your vehicles to kill or knock them down, if you do, don't skin them. Only skin animals killed using a gun or knife.
Spawn farming G7.9
Do not repeatedly hunt the same animal spawns in a small area, you need to leave and wait a reasonable time before returning to hunt a spawn again.

You must carry an ID card while hunting.
Do not hunt or skin protected species:
Mountain Lion
Boar
It is illegal to hunt or skin these animals.
If they pose a threat to life however, it is permitted to kill them as a last resort.
Only hunt and skin animals using the hunting rifle and knife from the hunter armoury.
If you wound an animal follow up with a lethal shot immediately.
If a wounded animal escapes, send us a dispatch.
If you observe an animal behaving strangely do not kill or skin the animal as it may have contracted a disease.
Send us a dispatch and avoid it.
Wear appropriate clothing - long sleeves/legs and shoes suited to the terrain you’re hunting in.
Equipment rules
Armoury access is monitored and excessive withdrawals or improper usage can lead to criminal prosecution and/or civil legal action.
Do not take out equipment for other people or for purposes other than hunting.
Equipment is rented from the armoury in the Ranger Station - you do not own items taken from the armoury and should not treat it as a shop. Payment is by cash when you take the item and 75% of the cost is refunded when the item is returned.
Take only one hunting rifle and knife - you must return them when you finish hunting.
Bullets do not have to be returned between hunting trips but they may only be stored in a vehicle parked in a permitted hunting location, this includes the Park Ranger Public Parking.
Do not store bullets in any other way.
Hunting Map
You can hunt in any area not marked red on the map below, subject to the following points:
The city of Los Santos is completely off limits for hunting - you shouldn’t ever take a rifle, knife or ammo into the city.
Hunting along Raton Pass and the hills above is strictly prohibited due to a terrible disease - If caught hunting there your hunting certificate will be revoked.
You must hunt away from main (paved) roads and any other locations that could pose a danger or cause distress to bystanders.

Hunting Certificate Removal
Failing to abide by the terms of service will result in warnings, strikes against, or the removal of your hunting Certificate - 3 strikes on your certificate will cause it to be revoked.
Some breaches may have civil or criminal legal consequences.
The following are also grounds for removal of a hunting certificate:
Being convicted of any criminal offense.
Abuse or threats towards Park Ranger employees.
Inactivity as a hunter for 6 months.
Deer disease symptoms:
Running in place
Jumping off ledges / down steep hills
Charging people or traffic
Foaming at the mouth
Bleeding from eyes, mouth or ears
Open sores
Tweaking out

FAQs
The main reason Hunting applications are denied is due to failing a PNC check (Police National Computer), to pass required the following:
No firearms charges in the last 3 months,
No knife charges in the last 3 months,
No violent crimes in the last 3 months.
No recent excessive or historic serious criminal record.
Once you reach these criteria you can re-apply.
If you think your case deserves special attention or there are mitigating circumstances please say so in your application or request to speak with a senior ranger via our dispatch system.

Perfectly fine. However, you should take reasonable amounts of ammunition, resupply every hour or two rather than to taking out excessive bulk quantities.
A rough rule of thumb is 50-100 bullets per hour of hunting, but no more than 500 at a time - keep in mind if something happens to you or your vehicle whilst hunting the bullets may end up being lost or stolen.
Storing hunting ammunition contrary to the ToS can result in a firearm charge so be mindful of where you keep spare ammunition.

Do not give any hunting equipment out at all, even to other hunters.
All equipment usage is logged the only equipment you should be taking out is for personal use for hunting.
