Samplocは分類学や保全学における既知種のサンプリングにおいて、サンプリング地点を客観的に決定するためのソフトウェアです。採取候補地点の緯度経度と採取したい地点数を入力することで、遺伝的に最も多様と期待されるサンプリング地点を計算します。
Samploc is software which objectively provides appropriate sampling locations when sampling known wild species in studies of revising taxonomy and conservation biology. Based on the coordinates of the candidates of sampling locations and the number of locations you can visit, this software calculates the sampling locations that are expected to have the genetically most diverse samples.
es.difは標本または母数から各種差の効果量を算出するためのRパッケージです。等分散性を仮定しない差の統計量を算出できることが特徴です。
es.dif is an R package which provides some kinds of effect sizes of the difference from samples or parameters. The merit of this package is that this can calculate the effect size of the difference which does not assume variance equality.
