分類学・植物分類学/ (Plant) Taxonomy
日本の被子植物の系統分類を行っています。加えて、いかに生物の分類を行うべきか、という分類の方法論について統計学的観点から研究しています。
I am studying on phylogenetic classification of Japanese angiosperms and methodology to classify organisms from the viewpoint of statistics.
扱ってきた分類群/Genus studied
Oxalis (カタバミ科/Oxalidaceae)
ミヤマカタバミ
(Oxalis nipponica subsp. nipponica)
従来中国などのO. griffithiiと同一視されてきましたが、系統解析の結果、国内のものは別種と判明しました。
ナンカイミヤマカタバミ
(Oxalis nipponica subsp. kantoensis var. alpigena)
カントウミヤマカタバミの４倍体にあたり、九州・四国・静岡県中西部の亜高山帯に見られます。今まではコミヤマカタバミの４倍体だと思われていました。
Nanocnide (イラクサ科/Urticaceae)
シマカテンソウ
(Nanocnide lobata)
海外ではトウカテンソウ(N. pilosa)と同一視されてきましたが、系統解析の結果別種と判断されました。また、ベトナムにも分布するとされていましたが、標本調査の結果、日本の南西諸島固有種と判明しました。
