Overview:
Students will identify information needs from different segments of the public.
Instructions:
Groups have been assigned a role in your workbook.
Group 1: Home Owners
Group 2: Media
Group 3: Local Government
Group 4: Tourists
Group 5: Local Unit Employees
The instructor will read a scenario; you are to listen to the scenario from the perspective of your assigned role.
You will have five minutes to discuss the scenario and write a list of what information you want.
