Setting up a PIO shop

You have been mobilized as a Public Information Officer for today's scenario. You're tasked to Assess the situation and respond to the immediate demand for information, Analyze the incident's potential and project the public's and media's need for information and plan a course of action, then Act on your plan.

You will receive a briefing from the Incident Commander and the area PAO. Make sure to take notes.

A Final SIM folder has been added to the Google Drive. It includes a briefing from the FMO, maps and a template for the information strategy. Upload all of the products you build to this folder.
