Includes all monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance. All quarterly maintenance will be done on every 3rd month, and annual starting on every 12th month.

For large homes or multi-story homes an extra fee of $35 may be required

Customer can supply their own light bulbs and AC air filters, if not they can be purchased for $2 per lightbulb and $15 per air filter

Extra services may be added to any of our standard visits. These extra services include:

Dryer vent cleaning - $30 / vent

Exterior window caulking - $15 / window

Refrigerator coil cleaning - $10 / refrigerator (Included with standard service after 11 months)

AC refrigerant line insulation replacement - $30

Crawlspace check - $50

Generator Testing - $15

We are always adding new services to feel free to reach out if you have any extra services you would like performed

Referrals

We offer 15% off for 3 months for every referral, this discount is for both the person who is referred and the person who referred us! Discounts will be added for the first service

Automatic payments

For as long as you are signed up for automatic payments, we will apply a $10 discount every month

Healthcare workers

All RNs, LPNs, and CNAs will receive 15% off our standard service for as long as they are working, proof will be required at the first visit and annually after that

First Responders

All Police, firemen, and EMTs will receive 15% off our standard service for as long as they are a nurse, proof will be required at the first visit and annually after that

Linemen and Hurricane relief workers

We want to help the people who are helping us in the wake of Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton, all workers who have put there life on hold to help others with this disaster will get 30% off our standard service for their first 3 months
