We perform monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance and inspections on your electrical system, HVAC system, plumbing system, refrigerators, dishwasher, garage doors, clothes washer and dryer, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and more!
All of our preventative maintenance service includes free general inspections of the condition of your home. Depending on the issue found can result in different outcomes. We are not licensed to work on electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems, because of this most of these repairs can not be performed by us. But we will work with you in finding a licensed contractor, this can help you save money by eliminating a visit by these contractors to find and diagnose the problem.
If it is a problem that can be fixed by us we will either fix it during our inspection if we have all the tools and supplies, or we will make the repair on our next service. Extra repairs can be an extra fee depending on what is required.

Nothing is required, but we recommend your dishwasher be empty along with your clothes washer and dryer. This will allow us to be able to do all of our preventative maintenance services.
When enrolled in automatic payments you allow us to automatially charge your card for every service. When you enroll in this service not only do you elimiinate the risk of losing service we will also apply a $10 discount every month
Currently we are serving Pinellas, Hillsborough, and parts of Polk county. But we are constantly expanding so feel free to reach out even if you are not in these exact areas
For the first appointment a time and date will be made over the phone, text, or email. We will then call the day before to confirm, once we finish performing our first service we will setup a regular schedule. This regular schedule will be based on the days of the week, not the day of the month. For example we will come every 3rd Saturday of the month, this will help ensure availability for everyone
For customers who signed up for automatic payments invoices will be sent the week of service and can be paid online through credit card or bank transfer. For customers who do not have automatic payments then payment will be collected at the end of the service and can be paid with cash, card, or check
Yes, we work with landlords who own and rent anywhere from 1 house to 200+ unit apartment complexes. Every situation will be different and require a unique solution, but feel free to reach out and we will be happy to meet to discuss a custom service for you
More than 24 hour notice - Full refund will be made
Less than 24 hour notice - 50% refund
No notice / no one is home - No refund can be made, but 25% credit can be applied to a future visit
If you need to reschedule we ask that you give us 48 hours notice and we will do our best to find a new time and date that works for you
As of now we are only able to service renters in the Lakeland area, this is because of the differance in services that are required for a renter. For renters we more focus on the safety and cleanliness of the home.
