We are not licensed contractors so we are not licensed to preform some repairs. However, we are able to assist in contacting licensed repair people. We are able to talk with the contractors to share the problems we find to reduce their total number of visits and help your reduce repair costs. We are not a licensed home inspector, all our inspections are to inform the homeowner of issues before they become problems and to suggust possible solutions
