Sarah Blackwell and I have received UVA College of Arts & Sciences internal grants for 2024-25 and 2025-26 which include funding for 

• the UVA Association for Women in Mathematics to establish a colloquium series and support an outreach program in local schools, 

• the creation of a peer mentoring program for graduate students, 

• additional qualifying exam support for graduate students, 

• several new seminars intended to make colloquium talks more accessible and demystify the research process, and

• professional development panels and workshops for students.
