MSED Graduate Council
I am a member of the graduate student council for the Mathematics and Science Education Doctoral Program (MSED), operated jointly by San Diego State University and the University of California, San Diego. In this role, I am responsible for advocating, organizing programming, and offering advisory for MSED students. Programming includes social events and town halls involving both MSED students and faculty.
I am also always happy to answer questions from prospective MSED students about our program!
MSAMP Professional Development
As part of my work with Dr. Bill Zahner, I co-authored discussion guides (along with SDSU alumni, Rebecca Markowitz), designed to support discussions surrounding the Model for Sustainable Ambitious Mathematics Programs.
Reviewing
I have acted as a reviewer for the following conferences: PME-NA, AERA, RUME.
