Sample Recruiting Email

• Make sure the email is specific to the coach and college

• Make sure the email is addressed to all coaches on staff

  • Sent to the head coach and assistants

• For the subject put: Potential Recruit- Class of (your graduation year)

  • Ex.// Potential Recruit- Class of 2022

• Make sure you attached a resume with any awards you have won.

• Make sure you put your HS Coaches contact information on the email as well as your travel coach if you would like

  • Coaches Name (RV Varsity Baseball Coach)
