Purpose
Our club is designed to promote 'green' thinking on our Regis campus, advocate for environmental movements, and to serve our greater Denver communities. Through service opportunities, career/internship resources, event facilitation, and the introduction of sustainable programs to our Regis campus, university students can make a difference!
We strive to reflect the Jesuit values placed around environmental health and stewardship of the land, reinforcing those values in our own campus community as well as in individual relationships with nature. The cultivation of a culture centered around 'green' thinking is a challenge, but with our Jesuit teachings and service-oriented student population, we believe that a greener campus is within reach.
Our Efforts
Through Sustainability Club's unwavering stewardship to the land, reflective of Pope Francis' Laudato Si', has introduced the "Trust the Tap" Project, our recycling initiative in the main dining areas on campus, and our annual Earth Week.
Provide our Sustainability Club website with new content! Submit a photo that truly captures the beauty of Denver Colorado and the beautiful natural spaces we are so privileged to enjoy.
