FOURTH, download the 30-day tracker (IG Story/Calendar) to keep track of each day you've completed the challenge of exercising for a MINIMUM of 15-30 minutes
DO WHAT IS SAFE/ACCESSIBLE to you - but be honest with yourself.
If you KNOW you can push yourself for 30 minutes, I encourage you to go for it.
If you KNOW that 30 minutes would be too strenuous, don't over exert yourself!
EVERY DAY (DAYS 1-30)
FIFTH, post "proof" to Instagram/threads in the form of a picture/video using hashtag #LYFITNESSCHALLENGE on a DAILY basis - this is how you'll keep yourself accountable. These can be:
FOR EXAMPLE:
pic/vid of your view on your walk
pic/vid of your smart watch saying you're working out
pic/vid of the workout equipment/gym/exercise class (please be mindful of others if posting pictures in public spaces, blur/sticker their face, etc.)
pic/vid may be selfies but NOT REQUIRED and please post at your own discretion if posting publicly/to groupchat* (see disclaimer at the bottom of the page)
