Dr. Ruibing Wang is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Chair of Service Operations Management, University of Mannheim, Germany. Her research investigates how firms, digital platforms, and AI-enabled service ecosystems should improve revenue management, manage consumer uncertainty, and optimize service provision under strategic consumer and partner behavior, using analytical modeling, optimal control theory, and approximate optimization techniques.
