Coaching Resources

The minimum requirements for the Head Coach of any high school team in Nova Scotia are:

1. Obtain NCCP Community Initiation/World Rugby Level 1 Course

   • Find our next course offerings on the Rugby NS Coaching Calendar

2. Complete the online World Rugby Concussion Management Module Annually

3. Attend the 2-hour Rugby Nova Scotia/NSSAF 'Safe Tackle' Clinic

4. Complete the online World Rugby Rugby Ready Module

5. Complete the Coaching Association of Canada 'Making Head Way in Sport' Concussion eLearning Series
